Each product is built to exacting standards and carefully inspected prior to shipment. This Lifetime Limited Warranty reflects our confidence in the quality and durability of our materials and workmanship, and our commitment to providing years of dependable service.

If a defect covered by this warranty occurs, Drive Medical will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear. It also excludes non-durable components such as rubber accessories, casters, and hand grips, which are subject to regular wear and may require periodic replacement.
