It is a 45-minute call via FaceTime or Zoom.

Who will be on the call?
It will be myself (Shell) and you in a private setting. It is recommended that you find a quiet, private space for the call. Babies and children are always welcome.

Will I need to remove my top?
Yes, but only if and when you feel ready. I will assess your fit by observing your current bra and may ask you to show specific parts, such as the back band or cup shape.

What happens after the call?
You will receive your Bespoke Bra Fit Profile via email, which includes:

• Recommended size and sister size.
• Suggested brands and styles, including options from Panache Maternity, Cake Maternity, Hot Milk, and Molke.
• Links to purchase (no obligation).

If you wish, I can also assist with placing orders for you.

If I order from you, how long will it take?

• In-stock items: Shipped ASAP (free for orders over $250 within Australia).
• Bespoke orders: Delivered within 2-4 weeks.

What happens if the bras aren't perfect?
If purchased directly from me, bras can be exchanged if unworn, unwashed, and returned within 14 days. For bespoke orders (items not in stock), exchanges or store credit are available. Return shipping is covered by you.

You will have a complimentary fit-check call or 1 week of WhatsApp/email support to ensure you are happy with your purchases.
