How to Wear

Put on your JC Sunset glasses at or after sunset, or at least two to three hours before your intended sleep time. Wear them any time you are exposed to artificial light in the evening, including screens, LED and fluorescent lighting, television, and overhead household lights. Keep them on until you are ready to sleep. Remove in complete darkness or when lights are off.Note: Sunset Lenses are not ideal for color-sensitive tasks, nighttime driving, or situations where full color clarity is required.
