A premium, well-engineered cast iron frying pan from Samuel Groves, designed with a flat bottom and sloped sides to allow for oil, sauce and other liquids to cook evenly. The ergonomic stainless steel classic handle is riveted for strength and has been designed for optimum weight distribution and ease of use. The pan can be used on all hobs, including induction, and is oven-safe up to 300°C.

Every pan is made in the UK, in the heart of the industrial midlands. The cookware comes pre-seasoned, which means it is ready for use without additional seasoning. With frequent use and time, the pan will develop a patina, an easy-release surface, making it virtually non-stick.
