The Elder Hot Sauce is bright and flavorful while focusing on two major flavors: barrel aged vinegar, and the delicious sugar rush peach pepper. Using fresh, organic Sugar Rush Peach peppers the flavor of these peppers is BIG. The vinegar is out of this world: 6+ month aged Woeber's vinegar from new American oak barrels. The last of the three ingredients is garlic. That's it - the best peppers, the best vinegar, and garlic. Few hot sauces can compare in purity and flavor.
