We want you to love your Burger Ring as much as we do! If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help:

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges

Need a different size? No problem!

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

The original ring must be returned in new condition before we ship the replacement.

Customers are responsible for shipping the original item back to us. We will cover shipping for your new ring one time.

Non-Returnable Items

Rings that show signs of wear, damage, or alterations cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return or exchange.

2. We’ll provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.

3. Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your exchange or refund.

Refunds

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
