Help protect your rear A/C evaporator from becoming clogged with dust, dirt, hair, and candy wrappers. Modeled to fit the curvy surface of the interior air intake, and fitted with a foam gasket seal.  The righthand vent is not filtered by this kit because there's nothing behind it except the black plastic wall of an air duct.

Mounts easily with custom twist-in anchors without removing any interior panels in the van, and without the use of adhesives or tape.  Custom cut and formed filter media is easily removed for replacement/cleaning with 4 philips head screws.

These parts are currently being produced via 3D printing, and you'll see visible evidence of this, such as layer lines and small imperfections.  All threaded parts use industry standard brass threaded inserts for strength and longevity.

I designed this for myself, and am offering them for sale to other NV owners in good faith.  I can't make any guarantees as to how it will affect your vehicle.  Long term cleanliness of the rear A/C system is dependent upon several factors, including fit and finish of the interior panels and carpet.  Additional steps should be taken to ensure foreign objects are prevented from entering the ventilation system.

Please note that this is an unofficial add-on.  Even though common sense tells us it's an "upgrade" over the unprotected stock configuration, dealerships may look for reasons to reject a warranty claim.  They might consider use of an aftermarket modification as a reason to reject certain ventilation system claims if they find out about your use of this kit. 

These are generally made-to-order rather than kept in stock.  Delays should be expected for fabrication.
