About This Agarwood:
This flat agarwood, also known as flat oud, is crafted from the cored bark of agarwood trees grown and harvested in southern Vietnam. Sourced from various provinces, these trees undergo a meticulous process to enhance resin production and ensure superior quality.

How It's Made:
1, Cultivation: Agarwood trees are planted and nurtured for 8–10 years until they reach an optimal size.
2, Resin Formation: The outer bark is removed for one year to encourage the tree to release resin, healing its exposed surface.
3, Harvesting: After a year, the trees are cut, and the heartwood is extracted by skilled workers. The black resin lines, indicating high-quality oud, are carefully preserved.
