Who It's For

Multi-clinician practices, specialist referral networks, and clinic-lab teams that need XR communication across locations — not just in the same room. The Pro Kit is designed for practices where two dentists need simultaneous Expert access, or where remote collaboration with an external lab or specialist is a regular workflow.

Also ideal as a department-level deployment in dental schools, hospital oral surgery units, or group practices with multiple treatment rooms.

Local + Remote: What the Difference Means

Local usage — dentist and patient (or lab tech) are in the same room, both wearing headsets, viewing the same 3D model together.

Remote usage — dentist is in one location, lab technician or specialist is in another city. Both connect to the same live HoloDentist session and view the shared 3D model in real time. Audio is included.

The Pro Kit enables both modes. The Clinic Kit covers local only.

What HoloDentist Does

HoloDentist recreates the Virtual Patient — combining CBCT reconstructions, intra-oral scans, face scans, and CAD designs into a shared live 3D holographic environment. All participants can see, rotate, annotate, and discuss the same 3D model together in real time, whether in the same room or across cities.

Three core use cases

• Patient discussion & education — Show patients their own scans as 3D holograms. Increase treatment understanding, acceptance, and case closure rates.
• Remote lab collaboration — Share 3D models with the dental lab in real-time XR sessions. Discuss prosthesis specifications, margins, occlusion, and waxups with full spatial context — reducing errors and re-work.

How the Deployment Works

1. Order — Place the kit order through Knoxlabs. Our team contacts you to confirm HoloDentist license details and MDM preferences.
2. Configure — Knoxlabs installs HoloDentist on all three headsets, enrolls into MDM, tests the setup, and kits the devices.
3. Ship — Devices arrive fully configured. No setup required on arrival.
4. Start — Power on, put on the headset, load your first patient's scans, and begin.
