This mead is a ‘melomel’ (fruited honey mead), using blossom honey. 

It has pure elderberry concentrate added after the fermentation process. The addition of elderberries, another sharp fruit, gives it a smooth deep flavour, taking the edge off the sweetness of the mead.

It enjoys to be warmed, can be mixed with anything fizzy or room temperature with something chocolatey.

FREE FROM: Gluten, Wheat, Fish, Dairy, Sulphites, Eggs, Gelatin – suitable for vegetarians

As this is a natural product, some hazing and sedimentation is likely to occur.  Leave to settle in a cool, dark place and pour carefully.  This a natural part of the maturation process and is not harmful to consumer or product.  In fact, it will taste even better for it and it is why we use a decanter style bottle!
