Luggie Scooter, Inc. DBA Freerider USA – Limited Warranty

Luggie Scooter, Inc. DBA Freerider USA warrants to the original owner of each new LUGGIE® or FREERIDER® branded electric scooter or power chair, purchased directly from an authorized reseller, to be complete and free from defects in material or workmanship for the periods outlined below.

⚠️ Exclusions: This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, shipping damage, alterations, modifications, misuse, neglect, or abuse.

3-Year Limited Warranty – Structural Frame

• The structural frame of all LUGGIE® or FREERIDER® electric scooters is warranted for 36 months from the date of original purchase.

• If the frame is found defective in material and/or workmanship, as determined by an authorized Luggie Scooter, Inc. representative, it will be repaired or replaced at the company’s discretion.

1-Year Limited Warranty – Motor, Transaxle, Brake Assembly & Electrical Components

• The motor, transaxle, brake assembly, and electrical components are warranted for 12 months from the date of original purchase.

• If any of these components are determined to be defective in material and/or workmanship by an authorized Luggie Scooter, Inc. representative, they will be repaired or replaced at the company’s discretion.

1-Year Limited Warranty – Lithium Battery/Batteries*

• The lithium battery or batteries supplied with new LUGGIE® electric scooters are warranted for 12 months from the date of original purchase.

• If the battery is determined to be defective in material and/or workmanship by an authorized Luggie Scooter, Inc. representative, it will be repaired or replaced at the company’s discretion.
