Warranty Coverage

• 12-month parts-only warranty for:

  • Mobility Scooters

  • Electric Wheelchairs

  • Lithium Batteries

  • Vehicle / Car Lifts

   

• Warranty begins on date of delivery to dealer or end user.

• Accessories (baskets, bags, covers, etc.) are not covered unless confirmed in writing.

What the Warranty Covers

The warranty covers free replacement parts for manufacturing defects during normal use.

Structural Components

• Frames and chassis

• BMS defects

Labour & Service

• Labour costs

• Technician or call-out fees

• Diagnostics

• Installation costs

• Transport or shipping

Wear & Tear Items

Not covered:

• Tires and tubes

• Bearings and bushings

• Upholstery

• Cosmetic plastics

• Trim pieces and decals

• Light bulbs / LEDs

• Normal deterioration from use

Accidental or Environmental Damage

Not covered:

• Collisions or drops

• Transport damage (unless Monarch carrier caused it)

• Water exposure

• Corrosion from improper storage

• Pest or contamination damage

Misuse or Neglect

Not covered if caused by:

• Exceeding weight limits

• Improper charging

• Outdoor or humid storage

• Extreme temperatures

• Using unapproved chargers or batteries

• Improper terrain usage

• Lack of maintenance

Unauthorized Repairs

• Any unauthorized repair or modification voids warranty for affected parts.

Third-Party Accessories

• Damage caused by non-Monarch components is not covered.

Warranty Claim Process

Dealers must submit:

• Product model and serial number

• Detailed issue description

• Photos or videos

• Diagnostic codes (if applicable)

Monarch may request:

• Additional testing

• Return of defective parts

Warranty approval is at Monarch’s discretion.

Warranty Remedies

If approved, Monarch will:

• Supply replacement parts at no cost

• Provide installation guidance if needed

Monarch does NOT cover:

• Labour

• Travel costs

• Installation consumables

• Downtime or revenue loss

Liability Limitations

Monarch is only responsible for replacement parts for verified manufacturing defects.

They are not liable for:

• Dealer service costs

• Business losses

• Customer inconvenience

• Installation or diagnostic expenses

Warranty is non-transferable unless approved by Monarch.
