The Canon Photura is a truly unique camera, in the sense that nobody ever copied it and Canon never made a sequel. It's a 35mm point-and-shoot camera with a 35-105mm f2.8-6.6 zoom lens, which is remarkably fast for a P&S, and not too far off what you'd find in an SLR. Of course, the tradeoff is that your camera is gonna be essentially one big tube, approximately the size of a beercan, and you have to hold it like a camcorder. To Canon's credit, they made it look super weird and awesome, with a flip-out lenscap that also serves as the fresnel lens for the zooming flash. There's even a "waist level" viewfinder on top, kind of like the one in the Yashica T4, except not terrible. Basically, the Photura rules, there's nothing else like it, and you should buy it. This one's in excellent condition, with only very minor cosmetic wear. Battery included.
