The L-com SRAQ-G015-B gas sensor module is used to detect the presence and concentration of ozone (O3) gas. This device requires a 5 VDC ± 0.2 V power supply, a < 150 mA working current, and has a detection range of 10-1000 ppm (O3). Our 5 VDC ± 0.2 V sensor module is well suited for portable ozone detection, food processing and preservation, medical hygiene / disinfectant, and air quality monitoring.

The ozone (O3) gas sensor module has 4 pin male header which allows for easy integration into gas detection devices. The sensor module features a MQ131 sensing element with good sensitivity and selectivity to ozone (O3) gas, which makes it less affected by temperature and humidity. This SRAQ-G015-B sensor module has a analog and TTL level output modes and it operates at temperatures ranging from -10 to 50 Degrees C.
