After years of tireless experimentation, Poliziano discovered its best potential for a high quality yield of grapes in the vineyards of “Asinone”. The resulting Vino Nobile di Montepulciano therefore represents the highest quality synthesis of tradition, respect for the land and oenological innovation. Obtained almost exclusively from Sangiovese grapes and aged in French oak barriques for circa 18 months, this is a wine of unquestionably recognizable style and character that stands up to international tastes and trends.
