Organic kalamata olives are regeneratively grown and harvested from sellasia in the peloponnese region of Greece. Famous for their robust flavor and smooth texture. They are dark purple in color and can be identified by their smaller size and slightly pointed tip. Pitted and ready to be tossed in salads, or sliced and stirring through puttanesca pasta or anything are cooking up.
