Powering Your Water Sensor 8

To power up your Water Sensor 8 with the included CR14250 (½ AA) 3V battery, first press the tab to open the case and lift it off. Next, remove the plastic tab that blocks the battery connection. When powered on without a hub, the LED will blink red five times. Keep the case open, as you will need access to the tamper switch when connecting the sensor to your hub.
