As a cost effective replacement or a precautionary replacement to avoid the potential failure we produce this silicone reinforced hose.

The 225/210 hp 1.8T engines as fitted in the MK1 Audi TT, Seat Leon Cupra R and Audi S3 have a organic rubber hose on the intake manifold that feeds the brake vacuum system. This hose is prone to failure leading not only to a loss of engine power but also brake efficiency. The OEM replacement is only available with the hard pipes included, which incurs considerable unnecessary expense. 

• The Forge silicone hoses in this kit have been designed to include an expensive inner liner of modified silicone known as Fluorosilicone.
• This means the hoses are suitable to be used with  either modern long-life coolants, Organic Acid Technology coolants (O.A.T.) or air containing oil mist.
