Additional Details: Limited edition hand-colored linoleum cut by George Nama from the celebrated Catalogue of Monuments portfolio, printed at Monument Press on fine Arches Cover stock. Only 100 portfolios were produced, each numbered and signed in the colophon, while the individual prints themselves were issued unsigned and unnumbered, as published. This striking abstract composition exemplifies Nama’s fascination with symbolic structures, ancient artifacts, and ritualistic forms. The image presents a mysterious mechanical or totemic configuration composed of looping black organic bands suspended from a vivid coral-red horizontal element, anchored by cylindrical forms below.
