The Cambro 66CF Coldfest® Gel-Core Insulated Food Pan is a sixth-size (1/6) pan designed to hold food cold for up to 8 hours. Made from double-wall ABS plastic with a refrigerant gel core, it fits standard food bars and make tables. Must be frozen overnight to maintain hygiene-safe temperatures. Available in black or white, dishwasher safe, and NSF listed.
