Ensure you stay adequately hydrated on diving or other adventure activities with the use of the She-P for P-valves. The She-P is designed for females to comfortably use a P-valve rather than nappies or pads.

Original runs of the She-P were made from rubber but are now all constructed from soft silicon and hand made in the Netherlands. The She-P features a reservoir and output tub that has flexible wings which are adhered to the skin.

The original She-P has been tried and tested for over 10 years and is available in multiple colours. After consultation with users an updated version has also been released called the She-P 3.0. The 3.0 is approximately 1cm longer, has been redesigned to be softer and more comfortable, and has a smoother inside for better hygiene. The back has a scalloped shape so that it can be placed further back without covering the anus and the sides have been anatomically designed for a better fit.

A great addition to your She-P and P-valve setup is the use of a quick disconnect which will make connecting your p-valve easier and more discreet and reduces the chance of any liquid escaping when not fully plumbed in.
