A bright purity of fruit shows itself in the wines of Christina Wess, who has been making wine from his new, trendy winery on the outskirts of Krems for five vintages now. An impressive building where glass and steel have been interlaid in a traditional structure, echoing the stylishly clean yet authentic wines that she makes.
