Jimmy Page 、 Robert Plant
Description:
The MTV Unplugged program led Jimmy Page and Robert Plant to form a project for the first time in 14 years, and after the MTV concert program aired, the two officially announced their band and produced an album based on material from the MTV program. The album "No Quarter" was released in November 1994. The album reached No. 4 on the U.S. album chart and was awarded a platinum disc, partly because the two had not performed together for a long time and partly because it was composed of Led Zeppelin songs. The band stopped performing after a major world tour in 1995/96, but began recording a new album in 1997 with the touring band in the background, and completed "Walking Into Clarksdale (original title: "Walking Into Clarksdale"), which consisted of all new songs, was completed and released in March 1998. In conjunction with the release of the album, the band toured Europe and North America, beginning with a concert in Croatia on February 21 of the same year. The March 30 Paris concert was recorded and broadcast as a special program on French television. With the discovery of the audio masters for broadcast, the best possible remastering has been done for this release. The setlist for the concert was 18 songs, so this live album is a complete recording of the concert. The album is a long-awaited release, as only four new songs are included on the new album and the majority of the songs are Led Zeppelin songs, which were not performed on the previous tour, and there was no Japan tour. The release includes four additional bonus tracks from a live studio performance on a European satellite TV program. Imported domestic edition (with obi and bilingual English booklet)
