The Regional Collection

Each bag contains 40g of premium loose-leaf tea, color-coded by region:

• Shizuoka Shincha (Green Bag): Grown in the shadow of Mt. Fuji. This classic tea offers a mellow body, a crisp finish, and a vibrant deep green hue.

• Kagoshima Shincha (Pink Bag): From the volcanic soils of Kyushu Island. Bathed in the southern sun, this variety delivers a rich, deep umami flavor and unmatched freshness.

• Uji Shincha (Purple Bag): From the historic tea fields of Kyoto. These delicately prepared leaves release an elegant, floral fragrance and a sophisticated, premium taste.

How to Brew

To fully appreciate the delicate aromas of the first harvest, we recommend the following:

• Tea: 3g (approx. 1 teaspoon) per cup.
• Water: 80ml at 80°C (176°F).
• Steep Time: 1 minute. Pour until the very last drop to capture the "golden drop" of flavor.
