Terms & Conditions

• Standard Scope of Work - Removal of the old bathtub and installation of a new like-for-like bathtub (same type and size: drop-in, alcove, or freestanding). It assumes clear access to the bathtub area, plumbing, and drain lines without breaking walls, removing tiles, or modifying flooring.
• Scope Assessment - The actual scope of work will be confirmed by the technician during the pre-work site inspection before commencing.
• Customer-Supplied Materials - The new bathtub, faucets, drain kit, overflow assembly, silicone/sealants, and any other required accessories must be provided by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
• Access & Handling - The customer is responsible for ensuring safe access pathways for moving the bathtub into the bathroom (door width, stairways, elevators, etc.). If special handling (hoisting, additional manpower, lifting equipment) is required, it will be quoted separately.
• Access & Approvals - The customer is responsible for arranging any necessary building permits or approvals in advance (if required by property management).
• Limitations & Exclusions - Work involving tile breaking, flooring modifications, relocation of plumbing lines, waterproofing, or structural alterations is not included in the standard scope. If such modifications are necessary, a separate quotation will be provided.
• Demonstration of Work - After successful installation, the technician will demonstrate proper functioning of the bathtub (water inlet, drainage, and absence of visible leaks). Any request or modification beyond this demonstration shall be considered out of scope.
• Additional Work & Payments - Any additional product(s), spare part(s), or service(s) outside of the agreed scope can be availed by making an instant payment by cash or online link.
• Communication & Coordination - By selecting the service from Khaleejtools.com, you authorize us to share your contact number with the assigned maintenance team for the purposes of coordination, communication, and service updates.
• Pricing Applicability - Pricing is applicable for the Standard Scope of Work only.
