This warranty is extended exclusively to the original purchaser and does not apply to any subsequent owner. It becomes void upon resale, transfer of ownership, or use by another person.

Warranty Coverage

NOVA warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for the following periods, beginning from the date of purchase:

• Metal Frame: Limited Lifetime Warranty
• Hand Brake: 5-Year Limited Warranty (Plastic Handle & Cable)
• Non-Metal/Metal Parts: 1-Year Limited Warranty (Includes wheels, wheel brakes, hand grips, rubber tips, cable covers, and all other hardware and plastic parts)

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover issues caused by:

• User negligence or misuse
• Failure to adhere to product instructions
• Normal wear and tear
• Unauthorized modifications or abuse

Warranty Service Instructions

For warranty service, please contact the dealer where you purchased your NOVA product. If service is unsatisfactory, contact NOVA directly using the information provided on the warranty document.

Be prepared to provide:

• Description of the defect
• Product serial number
• Dealer name and purchase location
• Proof of purchase (receipt)

Do not return products to NOVA without prior consent.

Warranty Limitations

Repair or replacement is the only remedy under this limited warranty. Labor and shipping costs for replacement part installation or product repair are not covered.
