• customer-facing teams with internal monologues
• support people who have seen too much
• consultants smiling through impossible requests
• operators handling clients who discover urgency at 4:59
• friends who understand that service work builds character damage

The Fuck the customer hat is obviously not your official brand policy. It is the private Slack thought turned into a hat for people who have handled one too many “just checking in” messages.
