Special limited edition encore pressing of the 180g analog LP version of Maria Callas's master tapes for LP cuttings. There were rumors that she would perform "Carmen," but she never performed "Carmen" on stage. This recording is her second-to-last recording of the complete opera, and it is no exaggeration to say that the reason this recording remains one of the most famous recordings of the work to this day is because of the intensity of her singing, which reveals all the charm of the woman Carmen. The same stamper as the 2014 release (the master tape for the LP cuttings, which Callas herself approved for the LP release, was used without remastering and was left in the vaults in Paris). This tape was used for the first cutting of the LP when it was first released and has never been used again.)
