Our Half Beef is a full side of beef, cut according to your own directions. Most of our customers enjoy a mixture of ground beef, steaks, roasts, stew beef and kabobs. This beef is New Hampshire-bred, born, and raised. This is Dry Aged Beef that is exclusively grass-fed, grass-finished and free from antibiotics, growth hormones and everything else. This is natural beef that makes such a delicious meal every time.

The final price will be $9.00 per pound of hanging weight of the beef, which includes the cost of processing.  Hanging weight is expected to be 250 to 300 pounds per Half Beef.  The final price, less your deposit, will be due at pick up, which is expected to be in early September.
