Also known as a box strapping machine, this fully automatic unit applies poly strapping around packages to ensure secure handling during storage and transport.

The Omni 160 operates autonomously, eliminating the need for manual threading, tensioning, sealing, and cutting of the strap. This allows operators to focus on other tasks while the machine completes the strapping process, improving workflow efficiency and consistency across packaging operations.

Poly strapping rolls are housed within the closed cabinet under the machine table, keeping the system organised and protected during operation. The machine uses an adjustable or programmable motor to drive its components, along with multiple rollers that tension the strap and apply heat sealing to create a secure bond.
