So cool! Hoya imbricat is unlike most species of Hoya. It is a shingling plant meaning its stems attach and climb to porous surfaces and its leaves cling to whatever porous surface it is growing on. If the stem does not have a support to climb, the leaves will fold in on themselves. This plant is best grown on a support such as climbing a stake or moss pole or mounted on a piece of cork or wood.
