Legendary band with a career spanning over 40 years! US three-piece hard rock band=King's X Since their debut album "Out of the Silent Planet" in 1988, the US hard rock band KING'S X has continued to play with a trio formation. KING'S X" is the 13th studio album "Three Sides of One". Three Sides of One" is the latest album in 14 years from the three members, including dUg, who will turn 72 the day after the release date, and continues their musical journey beyond the age of 60. I realize that I am turning 72. I wrote the lyrics with that in mind, so it's like a mantra about what I'm going to do with the rest of my life. There are times when the sad deaths of people I know drag on, but I'm trying to live through it, get through it, until the curtain closes on my life. I don't know what the afterlife is like, it's a place I know nothing about. That's what I wrote the songs for this album. The lyrics of this album are engraved with the theme of "death," a theme shared by all three members, while hoping for some kind of redemption or reconciliation in the seemingly hopeless state of the world.dUg, who says they have found a new identity with this album, says, "When I start playing in the studio after a long time, I immediately start to have doubts and get wrapped up in negativity. And sometimes I hate everything. This album is the first time in the band's history that a positive mood was created from the basic track of the first song. We've always looked at the flaws in our own playing. This time it was really exciting and made me want to explore more of KING'S X's music," said Ty. "I never expected it to be such an exciting recording. I couldn't believe we were doing it again. But it turned out great. We tried new things on this record and gave it our all. And we contributed and played with each other to give the best performance we could. We had more fun making this than any of the previous KING'S X productions. I'm looking forward to seeing you both again," he says, adding, "None of us are quitting or breaking up the band. No one is going to take the responsibility of breaking up the band.So, KING'S X will not end until someone dies. However, the three of us together are KING'S X. There will never be a King's X without me, Ty, and Jerry. There will never be King's X without me, Ty, and Jerry. Listening to the youthful "Festival" and "Swipe Up," one can be sure that the band's history is far from over. After 40 years of overcoming difficulties and running their own course, "Three Sides of One" is a perfect reflection of KING'S X in 2022. Produced by Michael Parnin (Rage Against The Machine, Mark Lanegan), this is the first album in 14 years since his last, "XV".
