The NB302411-KIT01 enclosure is a rugged, roomy, weatherproof, enclosure that is ideal for both indoor and outdoor applications. Constructed from molded fiberglass, it is designed for use as an electrical junction box in high temperature or corrosive environments providing protection for equipment and operators from indirect electrical contact. The integrated mounting flange allows it to be mounted directly to any flat wall surface provided proper screws are used into secure studs. The fully gasketed lid features a stainless steel continuous hinge and (6X) stainless steel quick release latches with padlock hasps, (2X) on each of the non-hinge sides of the lid. The enclosure material is UV stabilized and comes in machine tool gray.This kit is ideal for custom applications, which may require special modifications to the enclosure and mounting plate. The plastic mounting plate allows the radio signals to pass behind the enclosure. This increases the radio, when needed in an application.Mounting PlateThe 0.25 inch thick blank Non-Metallic Starboard mounting plate included with the NB302411-KIT01 comes uninstalled and kitted with the enclosure so that you can modify or install as needed.The NB302411-KIT01 comes with a UL Listing Mark in every enclosure. Ideal for all construction sites and equipment enclosure applications.*Note: Any holes or openings you might introduce must be properly sealed to maintain NEMA Type 4 / IP66 rating.
