The Engel MT-V45FC 40L Portable Fridge/Freezer features the latest world-renowned Sawafuji swing motor to provide cooling efficiency as you've never known. The MT-V45FC has the latest electronics including a built-in battery monitor and digital thermostat control. The thermostat control allows you to easily dial in the temperature you require and the fridge will automatically maintain that temperature regardless of ambient temperature changes! The built-in battery monitor is perfect for 4x4 or off-road use so you don't have to worry about the fridge flattening your battery! The Engel MT-V45FC Fridge / Freezer has an internal LED light to navigate your fridge belongings in the dark and is made of rugged steel casing to ensure the durability Engel is known for. The steel handles double as tie-down points when you're on the move and features fixed lid hinges with an optionally removable hinge included. The auto-switching removes the need for the user to switch power sources manually! The MT-V45F includes both the 12V that plugs directly into your vehicle's cigarette socket and the 240V lead with the three pin plug to suit all your needs. The MT-V45FC gives three versatile configurations: Option 1: Freezer 17 Litres / Fridge 23 litres (total 39 Litres) Option 2: Freezer 22 litres / Fridge 16 Litres (total 39 Litres) Option 3: Refrigerator only (divider removed - total 40 Litres) The Engel Transit Bag is a heavy-duty canvas insulated cover that protects your fridge from bumps and scratches thus maintaining its resale value. It gives an immediate improvement to the insulation properties of your fridge thereby lessening the time the compressor has to run and therefore the draw on your battery - meaning you can go for longer holidays! It also incorporates a storage pocket for the cords or a couple of odds and ends. This model replaces the now superseded Engel MT45FCP.
