This premium folding knife is crafted with a full Damascus steel blade and a striking two-tone green & black pakka wood handle. Perfect for outdoor use, collectors, or everyday carry, each knife features unique handmade detailing and a secure lock-back mechanism.
This Damascus folding knife puts a flowing 1095 and 15N20 pattern in your hand at a size that actually carries. The green and black pakka wood handle grips clean whether your hands are dry or damp, and the blade locks open with a firm, audible click. Every pattern is different because Damascus is forged, not stamped.
The blade is hand-forged from 1095 high-carbon steel and 15N20 nickel alloy steel. The two steels are folded and drawn out together, and the contrast between them creates the flowing wave pattern visible across the full blade face. Blade length runs approximately 3.5 to 4 inches. 1095 steel is known for taking a keen edge and holding it through sustained use. The 15N20 adds bright contrast lines and contributes toughness to the billet. The edge arrives razor-sharp from the forge.
The handle is dyed pakka wood in green and black. Pakka wood is natural wood compressed and stabilized under heat and pressure with resin. The process makes it denser than raw wood, resistant to moisture, and less likely to warp or crack with temperature changes. A brass separator divides the green and black sections. Silver pins run through the scales and secure them to the frame. The scalloped profile fits naturally against the palm with or without a glove.
Overall length is approximately 8 to 9 inches when open. The knife uses a secure locking system that holds the blade rigid during use and releases when you press the lock tab with your thumb. The polished bolster at the front of the handle adds weight forward and helps with control on detail cuts. The knife folds compact for pocket carry and the handle sits flush when closed.
This blade handles camping food prep, cordage cutting, trail tasks, and field dressing cleanly and without complaint. It suits the outdoors person who carries a folder every day and wants a blade that does real work, as well as the collector who wants a Damascus pattern they can actually use. A hand-forged billet develops its edge geometry through the smith's finishing passes, not a machine program, and that difference shows when the blade meets resistance.

Open the blade fully until the lock engages before cutting. For slicing tasks, use a smooth pull stroke along the belly of the blade. For controlled detail cuts, choke up toward the bolster and use the tip. Always confirm the lock is engaged before applying pressure. To close, press the lock tab with your thumb and fold the blade slowly away from your fingers.
Rinse the blade with warm water after contact with food, moisture, or organic material.
Dry immediately with a clean cloth, including around the pivot and lock mechanism.
Never put the knife in a dishwasher. Heat and water pressure damage both the Damascus and the wood handle.
Apply a small drop of food-safe mineral oil to the blade flat on both sides.
Work a drop of light machine oil into the pivot with a toothpick or cotton swab.
Wipe away any excess oil before carrying or storing.
Store folded in a dry location away from prolonged humidity.
Do not store in an airtight plastic bag, which traps moisture against the carbon steel.
If storing long-term, apply a thin coat of mineral oil before putting the knife away.
Use a fine whetstone or ceramic rod.
Hold the blade at the original bevel angle, approximately 20 to 22 degrees per side.
Draw the blade away from the edge in smooth, consistent strokes.
Finish each session with a leather strop to realign the edge and restore the bite.
The blade is hand-forged from 1095 high-carbon steel and 15N20 nickel alloy steel. The two steels create the Damascus pattern through the forging process. 1095 holds a sharp edge; 15N20 adds the bright contrast lines and structural toughness.

With regular oiling, dry storage, and proper sharpening, a 1095 and 15N20 Damascus blade lasts for many years of active use. The pakka wood handle resists moisture and will not warp under normal conditions.
Yes. The Damascus pattern looks distinctive in hand, and each piece is visually unique because no two forged billets produce the same pattern. It works well as a gift for a birthday, Father's Day, Christmas, or a retirement.
