A nice Bogdan 00 "Grilse" fly reel with a spare spool, 3 1/4" diameter and set up for RHW. 1" spool width and weighs 9.5 oz on my scale. Excellent used condition with tiny rim rash to the frame edges, some marks around the takeapart screws, and some tiny mounting marks to the foot. Very clean overall. Ventilated design with the sideplates and spool both ventilated throughout (the spare spool is non ventilated). Black anodized frame, sideplates, and spool with clear anodized foot, serpentine crank, oil port cover, poacher's knob, and nameplate. A great model for single handed salmon rods, as it is the smallest salmon reel that Stan made that has the fantastic double brake drag system. 2:1 multiplying retrieve. This reel comes packed in an original brown leather drawstring bag and the spare spool comes in a non-original T&T suede-and-canvas bag. The reel also comes with a stunning mint Arne Mason case that has "Bogdan 00" tastefully embossed in the top. One of my favorite Bogdan models and the one I often reach for to pair with single handed salmon rods.
