Cartology is made from rare parcels of mature dryland bushvines of Chenin Blanc and Sémillon. The nose shows citrus oil and pear, with some subtle floral/honey tones. On the palate the flavours persist and even intensify throughout its length. The wine finishes dry and saline, refreshing the palate.

Wonderful nose of pear and kumquat/lime citrus.  Some stone fruit too. Fantastic palate, beautiful shape, very balanced, quite powerful, full of savoury sweet tension.  Long finish, deep and resonant.
