An exceptionally preserved earlier imprint of James Hasting's classic Dictionary of the Bible. I don't recall every seeing a vintage copy in this condition. Because of its signfiicant size and weight [40 pounds!], the bindings were often very poorly preserved. This one is solid, crisp and clean. An exemplary collector's set.
