This lovely Victorian brooch is rich with detail and unusually made.  The piece features a snake-like curve of gold that scrolls around the piece with engraving in several sections.  Under the curls, coral beads are threaded through gold wire.  The combination of texture and shine gives this brooch movement and a lot of interest in a relatively compact area.  The piece measures 1" across in width and is about 3/4" in height.  The pin mechanism looks like it has been updated and is in perfect working condition.  The piece is made in 14k yellow gold and weighs just over 5g.
