五味子有什么作用

1、对中枢神经系统作用

五味子具有明显的镇静作用，五味子提取物和醇甲能减少小鼠自主活动，延长巴比妥睡眠时间、抑制动物攻击行为，对抗电休克和化学性惊厥，作用与安定药相似。尚有镇痛作用、肌肉松弛作用。

2、保肝作用

五味子醇提物及五味子甲素、乙素、丙素、醇甲、醇乙、酯甲、酯乙等对化学毒物引起的动物肝细胞损伤有明显保护作用，可抑制转氨酶的释放，使ALT活性降低。能明显诱导小鼠和大鼠肝微粒体细胞色素P-450活性。增加肝脏解毒能力。五味子对CCl4经肝微粒体代谢转化后生成的一氧化碳及其在代谢过程中对NADPH的消耗亦能有抑制作用。

3、对心血管系统作用
