Very rare and desirable first edition of Tennent's most significant and substantial theological contribution, where he articulates with surgical detail the kinds of sinfulnesses and godlessnesses at the individual and national level that will lead to the demise of the nations and God's wrath. He also articulates the Great Awakening doctrine of the New Birth, echoing Whitefield, but with more theological substance.
