How to use

• Massage a pea-sized amount into wet skin for 30–60 seconds, then rinse off.
• Use at night only. In the morning, switch to a gentle, non-exfoliating cleanser (e.g., Hydrating Gentle Daily Cleanser or Gentle Foaming Gel Face Wash).
• Start 2–3 times per week and gradually build up to daily use if your skin tolerates it.
• Follow with a suitable moisturizer after cleansing.
