Blade Functionality

Forged from layered Damascus steel, both blades offer flexible performance that cleanly follows a fish's bone structure while minimising waste and allowing fillets to remain intact when cutting.
Edge retention is equal on multiple cuts so as to preserve edge performance over the course of a prolonged fishing trip or during bulk fish processing.

Blade Handle Construction

The white resin and black resin are used for each knife's handle. Each handle is 4 1/2" long; they have been designed to provide a solid grip for handling wet knives.
