Design
Darci Shea Studios requires a $600/USD nonrefundable design/consultation fee that includes one design and two changes to said design. Client will receive a detailed watercolor or digital design with measurements and estimated cost of final bespoke item. This design fee is applied toward the final price of a handmade bespoke cloisonne item. 50% of the estimated cost of said cloisonne will be required (including the $600 design fee) before production can begin.

Deposit
All Bespoke items are handmade by Darci Shea Studios from precious metals, glass enamel and optional gemstones and require a 50% deposit before production can begin. The remaining balance will be charged upon completion of the piece and item will be shipped after receiving the final balance.
For an order cancelation after production begins, the client agrees that they are responsible for any non-recoverable costs for the piece, as well as the $600 design fee.

Bespoke and custom items can take approximately 6-8 weeks from design to production. If the client requires the order to be expedited the order is subject to $100 fee if agreed upon between client and Darci Shea Studios.

Payment
Darci Shea Studios accepts the following payment options, credit card, check and cash payments. All bespoke and custom items are subject to tax and shipping fees. If client requires shipping insurance on item, client is responsible for cost of shipping insurance.

Repairs
Darci Shea Studios provides a 12-month repair warranty if bespoke/custom item is damaged during that time frame. After the 12-month warranty has passed all bespoke/custom item repairs are subject to a $120/hour repair charge. Darci Shea studios does not replace lost or stolen items.
