Made from a durable alloy which is TIG welded. All intercoolers are pressure tested with a recommended maximum of 50psi (3.44 Bar). Aeroflow street series intercoolers are designed with a tube and fin core which offer a low pressure drop which helps with stability on turbo applications. They are available in universal cores sizes with 64mm (2-1/2”) inlets and outlets that have a raised lip for securing silicone hose. Each intercooler features four female M8 x 1.25mm mounting bosses and are available in polished and black powder coated finishes.
