Total Vitamin C per serve: 3265 mg

as Ascorbic Acid: 2280 mg
as Magnesium Ascorbate: 708 mg
as Calcium Ascorbate: 277 mg
Lemon Bioflavonoids: 1084 mg
Vitamin E as D-Alpha Tocopherol Succinate: 152 IU
Vitamin A as Beta-Carotene: 1680 IU
Zinc as Zinc Amino Acid Chelate: 5.6 mg

Additional Ingredients: Sodium Bicarbonate, Stevia rebaudiana, Citric Acid, Natural Orange Flavour.

Directions:

BePure recommend taking Super Boost C away from your main meals.
Mix powder in 250 mL of cold water to serve.

Adults (ages 19+): Up to one 6 gram serve (1 ½ metric tsp) daily or as required
Pregnant/Nursing & Ages 14-18: Up to one 3 gram serve (¾ metric tsp) daily or as required
