For sale here is a 6'3" Paul H. Young Midge bamboo fly rod from 1959 in excellent plus original condition. The rod has richly flamed cane, a varnished finish, black silks, dual black aluminum rings over all cork reel seat, cigar grip in fine condition, size 12/64" black aluminum ferrules with an excellent fit. Lettered on three flats in gold ink (which has faded over the years which is not unusual with the gold inked rods). First flat: Gordon Gable - May '59  Second flat: "Midge"  6'3" - 1 3/4 oz. H.E.H. Third flat: a Paul Young Rod. All sections are full length and straight. No repairs are needed to this very nicely preserved Paul Young treasure! Original bag and tube.
