An antique French Louis XV style carved settee or radassier from Provence, circa 1920s. Having a classic French Country ladder back design, this Provençal bench is painted a beautiful bluish green color and features traditional floral and foliate carved motifs on the crest rail, apron, and stretcher. The hand woven rush seat is raised on six legs with the front three having a graceful cabriole shape and foliate carved motifs at the knees and feet.
