A Bogdan model 0 salmon reel with a spare spool, set up for LHW. 3 1/4" diameter with a 1 3/8" spool width. Capacity for holding a #9 line with 150 yards of backing. This was the singlehanded workhorse model in the Bogdan catalog. Good used condition with some rim rash to the frame edges, some wear around the takeapart screws, and general but pretty minor cosmetic wear throughout. The spare spool appears to be little used if at all. The reel is mechanically perfect and ready for action. Champagne anodized frame and spool, with a clear anodized foot, serpentine handle, oil port cover, poacher's knob, and Bogdan nameplate. Black sideplates. "No 0" is stamped into the side of the foot. Double action 2:1 retrieve and the famous Bogdan double brake design. The reel and spool pack into a brown suede drawstring bag. A nice opportunity to pick up a versatile model in hard-to-find LHW.
