This Y2K dress has spaghetti straps and an all over pattern of roses in tones of blue and cyan.  The neckline is flattering sitting as a straight line across the décolletage.  There is ruching down the left side seam which creates an asymetrical hemline, reflective of classic Y2K style.  The dress is double layered and has a cyan colured lining.  It's in mint vintage condition.  Please note this dress has a lot of stretch in it and would fit a size either side.  The measurements taken below are when the garment is laying flat and not stretched.
